Meet Our North Carolina Therapists
-
Owner and Founder of Harmony 360 Counseling, PLLC.
My counseling practice is tailored to working adults with issues including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and parenting issues. I also help those same adults manage work and life stressors and transitions, burnout, compassion fatigue, and spiritual crises. I also work with individuals dealing with chronic medical health problems such as Diabetes, Chronic Pain, COPD, Heart Disease, etc. to help them deal with the impact that their health has on their mental health. I used various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to help individuals overcome their mental health/behavioral health issues.
I can assist you in providing the tools and the skills you seek in order to be able to maximize your personal best. I provide empathetic and compassionate care with a holistic approach focusing on the 360 approach of mind, body, and spirit.
In my practice I provide a confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to open up. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who has experience working with all gender identities across this spectrum. As a Christian I also work with individuals who are seeking a Christ-Centered approach. My practice, however, does not exclude those who are not seeking a Christian approach, but to offer help in the most respectful way. My personal experience in my own marriage, and in raising children with special needs, have helped me to be more empathic and competent in helping people struggling with these relationships.
I am also a Breast Cancer Survivor and worked with others who are going through or contemplating treatment. I am now offering HIPAA compliant telehealth for those whose insurance allows or who are self-pay. At Harmony 360 Counseling, I believe that we can work on healing the mind, body, and spirit together.
I am licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, Nevada, and Indiana.

Stepping into therapy is no small thing and I’m glad you’ve landed here. I bring both lived experience and deep clinical training into every session. I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate the complexities of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that show up daily. Whether it’s anxiety that won’t let go, stress that sits heavy, or unwanted patterns, I work with clients to help find clarity and direction.
I hold a Ph.D and Master’s in Social Work, and have over 10 years of experience working in communities. My approach is holistic because we bring our whole selves into this process. I look at the full picture: mind, body, and behavior. As a certified yoga instructor, I also weave in body-based practices when it fits. My work is strengths- based, applying a culturally responsive lens rooted in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which means that we’ll focus on tools that work for you.
My approach is also about walking beside you. I see this opportunity as collaborative.
With you bringing your story, your wisdom and your questions, together we uncover what healing looks like for you. You can expect a space that honors your whole being and reminds you that growth doesn’t always look perfect.
If this is your first time in therapy or you’re coming back with new goals, I’m here to meet you where you are.
