Begin your Wednesday morning with peace—and return to it when you need it most. Join us for FREE guided meditations designed to ground your mind, restore balance, and renew your focus. Start the morning with calm intention and return midday for a gentle reset to release tension and recharge your energy. No experience needed—just breathe, be present, and reconnect with yourself. 🌿✨  

Once you sign up, you will receive a Zoom link to join. There will be a Zoom link for the morning meditation and a separate one for the midday meditation. This is an ongoing group and you will be able to join using the same link every Wednesday morning or afternoon.

✨ New Wednesday Healing Series: Embodied Recovery + Meal Support ✨

We’re excited to invite you into two gentle, compassion-focused spaces designed for anyone navigating eating-disorder recovery, body image struggles, disconnection from the body, or challenges around mealtime.

🌿 4:00–5:00 PM — Embodied Recovery Group

Hosted by Harmony 360 Wellness + Ayala (ERYT-500 Yoga Therapist)
A grounding, skills-based support group where we reconnect with the body through:

  • Breathwork & nervous system regulation

  • Somatic awareness + interoceptive practices

  • Mindfulness and DBT-based coping skills

  • Reflection, optional sharing, and supportive community

Cost: $20 per session (insurance billed when possible)

This group is perfect if you’re looking to rebuild trust with your body, reduce shame, and practice recovery skills with compassionate guidance—all in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

🍽️ 5:15–6:00 PM — Meal Support Group

A supportive, community-centered mealtime space held directly after Embodied Recovery.

Come sit with us.
Come soften into nourishment.
Come remember that feeding yourself is an act of becoming your future self.

This space offers:

  • Gentle presence during a meal

  • Connection, grounding, and accountability

  • A shared table—even through Zoom—that reminds you you’re not alone

Cost: $10 per session (no insurance billed)
