🌿 4:00–5:00 PM — Embodied Recovery Group
Hosted by Harmony 360 Wellness + Ayala (ERYT-500 Yoga Therapist)
A grounding, skills-based support group where we reconnect with the body through:
Breathwork & nervous system regulation
Somatic awareness + interoceptive practices
Mindfulness and DBT-based coping skills
Reflection, optional sharing, and supportive community
Cost: $20 per session (insurance billed when possible)
This group is perfect if you’re looking to rebuild trust with your body, reduce shame, and practice recovery skills with compassionate guidance—all in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
🍽️ 5:15–6:00 PM — Meal Support Group
A supportive, community-centered mealtime space held directly after Embodied Recovery.
Come sit with us.
Come soften into nourishment.
Come remember that feeding yourself is an act of becoming your future self.
This space offers:
Gentle presence during a meal
Connection, grounding, and accountability
A shared table—even through Zoom—that reminds you you’re not alone
Cost: $10 per session (no insurance billed)
