Therapy and Counseling
We offer a holistic approach to therapy where we focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Mental health is just as important as our physical health and wellbeing and both are interrelated. By using a holistic and integrative way to therapy, our providers offer a unique client-centered approach. Our sessions tend to incorporate a blend of evidence-based modalities as well as somatic (mind-body) techniques, mindfulness, and expressive arts in conjunction with talk therapy.
