Jessica Mohr, FNP-C - Medication Management Provider

Jessica Mohr, FNP-C is a compassionate and nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), with a dedicated focus on mental health care. With a solid foundation in primary care and a deep understanding of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, Jessica provides evidence-based, patient-centered treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from King University in Tennessee. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jessica gained valuable clinical experience as a registered nurse in both emergency medicine and mental health services. She has since continued her work in mental health as a nurse practitioner, tailoring her practice to support individuals at every stage of life.

Jessica takes a holistic and integrative approach to care, combining medication management with supportive therapies and lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, meditation, and healthy coping techniques. Her goal is to enhance both the mental and physical well-being of her patients to promote long-term wellness.

Known for her warm and empathetic presence, Jessica builds trusting, therapeutic relationships and places a strong emphasis on listening, education, and empowering patients in their care. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard and supported. Jessica also values interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with therapists, primary care providers, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Outside of her clinical work, Jessica is passionate about mental health advocacy, ongoing learning, and mindfulness practices. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, learning to play tennis, spending time with family and friends, cooking, being outdoors, and hiking.
