A modern approach to therapy

Therapy is the most effective when the clinician seeks to listen first and talk second. We believe that the client is the expert and that a therapeutic relationship must be collaborative. Our goal is to support the client's work to reduce shame and increase resilience, to understand connections and patterns, to support clients in discovering strength and peace, to increase internal awareness, and to find harmony in their connections to family, relationships, work, or life challenges. The therapeutic environment is one where the clinician helps to create a safe and non-judgmental space to help clients move toward personal goals in a comfortable way.

We work with individuals, couples, and families ages (12+). From adolescence to adulthood, we treat those dealing with various problems and issues. We enjoy working with those in all stages of their career life whether they are just getting started, in the middle, or in retirement. Our practice areas include: Trauma and emotional safety, relationship and communication, self-esteem and shame, life and career transitions, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, stress and time management, emotional wellbeing and mindfulness, and various mental health disorders and diagnoses.

At Harmony 360 Counseling we strive to create a holistic approach to therapy where we treat not only the mind, but also the body and spirit. We believe that it is all interconnected and in order for one to be fully in harmony all areas need to be treated. We will work with your primary care providers and other health clinicians to ensure you are getting treated wholly and completely. It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our patients’ needs.
